Terms of Use
Parties and Acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between the individual user (“User” or “You”) and the provider(s) of the Angler Bot, including the services provided through our website https://angler.network and any related products or services (“We” or “Us”). By using the Angler Bot Telegram service, our website, or any other related services (“the Bot” or “the Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the service.
Description of Service
Angler Bot is a Telegram-based service that assists users in performing futures trades on Binance. Users connect their Binance Futures account to the Bot through their API key and secret key. The Bot filters and delivers news content related to various cryptocurrencies, and based on the content of the news, users can execute “long” or “short” trades directly on their Binance Futures account via the Angler Bot Telegram interface. The Bot does not execute trades automatically but enables the user to perform trades manually (it only facilitates the trade execution by receiving user commands) through the Telegram interface.
No Financial Advice
Angler Bot does not provide investment advice or financial recommendations. All information shared through the Bot is intended for informational and educational purposes only. Any trading or investment decisions made based on the information are solely the responsibility of the user.
High-Risk Warning
Futures trading, especially with leverage, involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose your entire capital, and in some cases, more than your initial investment. By using the Bot and initiating futures trades (long or short), you confirm that:
- You fully understand how futures contracts work, including leverage, liquidation, and margin requirements;
- You are solely responsible for monitoring your trades and managing your risk;
- You release the Bot providers from any liability arising from losses, liquidation, volatility, or user error.
Use of Binance API
Users connect their own Binance Futures accounts to the Bot using their personal API key and secret key. These API credentials are managed and secured by the user. We do not store, sell, or share your credentials. You are responsible for:
- Setting appropriate permissions on your API key (withdrawals should always be disabled),
- Keeping your API keys secure and confidential,
- Monitoring any actions made through your Binance account.
We are not liable for:
- Unauthorized access to your Binance account,
- Incorrect trading permissions,
- Delays or failures due to Binance systems,
- API changes, limitations, or outages.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any:
- Losses resulting from your own trading activity;
- Errors in market data or news interpretation;
- Technical failures or API malfunctions;
- Downtime of third-party services such as Binance or Telegram.
Your use of Angler Bot is entirely at your own risk.
User Responsibilities
By using Angler Bot, you agree to:
- Securely manage your own Binance API credentials;
- Carefully evaluate the news and information provided;
- Monitor and manage your open trades responsibly;
- Not use the service for illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
Privacy Policy
